Thanks for a fantastic morning at the pool! The big day is almost here, and we are ready to bring the energy to Champs on Sunday!

I’ve attached the official DSSL Championship information to this message. To keep things running smoothly, your Parent Reps and coaches will be pulling double duty as Deck Leaders during the meet to make sure our swimmers get to every event right on time.

Here is what you need to know for Sunday morning:

📍 Morning Meet-Up & Check-In

The Plan: We will meet outside of the GAC on Sunday morning and escort the kids inside as a team.

Fins Section: Once inside, let’s pack the stands together! We want a massive, loud Fins cheering section—think pom-poms, flags, and plenty of support for our swimmers!

🏊♂️ Swimmer Hand-Off

Once your kiddo completes their events, we will send them up to you in the stands. They will always be accompanied by a coach, and a parent rep will send you a quick text the second they are on their way up!

🚨 Quick Champs Rules!)

To save you a headache at the gate, keep these quick GAC rules in mind:

🎒 Clear Bags Only: Spectators must follow a clear bag policy (this does not apply to the swimmers' gear bags).

🚫 Spectator Food: No outside food or drink is allowed for spectators.

🍏 Swimmer Food: Swimmers can pack snacks and drinks inside their swim bags!

💳 Concessions: Food and drinks are available for purchase inside, but it is 100% cashless.

We have attached very detailed information about Champs in this email, but feel free to reach out in advance or during the meet.

A final note about T-shirts, I have unclaimed shirts. If you did not pick up a shirt, please reply to this email with the ordered size. Any unclaimed shirts will be posted for resale on the Fins Store after Champs

I have 3 Adult Smalls that were missing the back plate that are available first come first serve.
