🚗 Parking Reminder
If you're able, please walk to the pool to help leave parking spaces available for our visiting team.
If the pool parking lot is full, you may park along Rosemont Parkway. Please do not park in roundabouts or on the grass in front of homes.

☑️ RSVP Reminder
Please RSVP by Wednesday at midnight.
If you would like your child to swim (or not swim) a particular stroke, include that information in your notes to Coach Grace.
On Friday, please review your swimmer's assigned events. If you have questions or concerns, contact Coach Grace directly. Please note that last-minute accommodations may not be possible.

🎓 Senior Recognition
Before the meet begins, we will honor our graduating seniors.
If you have a senior swimmer and have not already submitted information, please reply by Thursday, June 18 with:
- Their favorite swimming memory
- Their future plans
- Any fun stories or anecdotes you'd like to share

If you have not yet received a shirt you already ordered, please reply to this email or speak with a parent representative at practice this week.
New Shirt Orders
If you would like to purchase a 2026 Fins shirt and have not yet ordered one, please submit your order through the Fairfield Fins shop by midday Wednesday, June 17.
This will be our final shirt order of the season.

📸 Photography & Video Policy
For Safe Sport compliance:
- Phones should not be out behind the blocks.
- No photos or video may be taken from behind the blocks.
- Photos and videos from the side of the pool or the turn/finish end are permitted.
If timers observe anyone filming behind the blocks, they should notify a parent representative so the issue can be addressed.
📌 Important Reminders
💧 Hydration
- Bring your own water bottle.
- A water jug will be available for refills.
- Volunteers will receive bottled water.
🏊 Pool Rules
- No one is permitted in the pool during the meet.
- Both the deep and shallow ends will be closed.
⛱️ Team Set-Up
- Fairfield Fins will set up on the deck side (left when entering).
- The visiting team will set up near the bathrooms.
- Consider bringing your own folding chairs and umbrellas.
🍿 Concessions
Concessions will be open throughout the meet.
