Good evening, wonderful coaches :) 

It's very cold out, but swim season will be here before we know it. It's therefore time to start planning for May. You did a phenomenal job coaching last year. The end-of-season-survey showed that parents loved your work with their kids, especially appreciating how much you were in the pool and actively coaching from the sides. The parent reps (me, Elise, and David Krebs) are therefore hoping that you will reapply for this year. If you are interested, here is the link to apply. On Friday, I will send out the application to the whole Fins email list and to the neighborhood listserv. Please share it with anyone who did not receive it. 

We are using the same application process as last year, and you can feel free to write "see resume" for any questions that are covered by your attached resume. Please give careful consideration to Question 10. We had a great year, but that doesn't mean that we can't look for ways to make things even better. I believe that there is interest from returning coaches at every level, so please be sure to let us know if you would consider a position different from the one you are applying for.
