Mock Meet & Team Photo Information: Friday May 30

Our Mock Meet is coming up soon, and there are several important details to note:

Team Photos:

• Individual photos: 5:00 PM
• Full team photo: 5:30 PM
• Photographer: John Elkins (same as last year)
• Photo order forms/envelopes will be available at practice over the coming days. Return completed forms to John on May 30 if you’d like to purchase individual or group photos.

Meet Schedule:

• Warm-up: Begins after the team photo, shortly after 5:30 PM
• Meet Start: 6:00 PM
• Coaches will assign strokes to each swimmer and communicate in advance.

What to Bring & Expect:

• Sign Up: Please sign your swimmer(s) up on Swimtopia under the Meets and Events tab. If you need help, a parent rep can assist you.
• Food: Simple dinner will be provided — hot dogs, chips, and a vegetarian pasta option. Bring your own drinks. Family members are welcome to eat!
• Pool Rules: the shallow and deep ends are closed for swimming. We encourage you to bring some entertainment for younger siblings (bubbles, chalk, etc.)

Volunteers Needed! We still need help to run the meet. Please sign up for a volunteer spot. Set up volunteers should arrive at 5PM.
