DSSL Champs Information (Due Dates: T Shirt Orders 6/21, Swimmers 6/27 and Ads 6/28)
Please indicate your ability to attend the Champs meet this season at Koury on UNC's campus on July 8th by 6/27 (earlier preferred) at our Swim Meets page. Please note that the Champs Splash fees are separate from the Fins Registration fees and will be collected for those attending. If you have any questions about registering via the website, the Splash Fee or anything else champs related, please reach out to Aimee G or myself and we'd be happy to answer.

T-shirt orders are due by this Wednesday, June 21
Heat sheet ad submission deadline one week later, on Wednesday, June 28.
DSSL Notes on Champs Ads
Ad pricing and acceptable formats and t-shirt design are indicated on the form itself. For additional reference, I have also included ad pricing/format info below and attached a mockup of the t-shirt to this email.
Costs for Interior Swimmer Ads (Greyscale):
- Full Page Ad: $75
- 1/2 Page Ad: $35
- Business Card Ad (3.5 x 2in): $10
Costs for Interior Corporate Ads (Greyscale):
- Full Page Ad: $150
- 1/2 Page Ad: $90
- Business Card Ad (3.5 x 2in): $35
PREMIUM ADS (Full Color):
- Inside Front Cover Full Page: $200
- Inside Back Cover Full Page: $200
- Back Cover: $250
We will accept .ai, .jpeg, .png, .pdf, and .psd files

Orders for champs heat sheets can also now be placed using the same form. For both t-shirts and heat sheets, after orders have been finalized, parent reps will receive the list of orders associated with their team so that it’s clear who has ordered what. Pre-ordered heat sheets and t-shirts should be available for distribution a couple days before champs, as per usual.
Parent Reps and Treasurer will collect payment for the shirts and ads to provide to the DSSL during the Champs Seed meeting (July 2nd)
